Here’s my quick take on the odd-even formula which is going to be implemented in Delhi starting January 1 for a period of 15 days.
Hearing so much about this, good and bad, positive and negative, I was forced to think about it and here’s is what I think:
Really happy to see much discussion going around all over this city about pollution. Cribbing or supporting, aside, at least we are talking!
